Sign in to your workspace

Before you start

Once your workspace exists, you do not set or use a password to get back into it. Every sign-in — for owners and agents alike — works the same way: you request a link, Essential Support emails it to the address on file, and clicking it (then confirming) signs you in.

  1. Go to your workspace’s own address, https://yourslug.essential.support — not app.essential.support, which is only for creating new workspaces. If you do not remember your workspace’s address, see “Find your workspace if you forgot the address” first.
  2. In the Email address field, enter the address your agent or owner account was set up with.
  3. Click Send sign-in link (it reads “Sending…” while it works).
  4. The page always replaces itself with “Check your email” — this happens whether or not the address you entered is actually registered on this workspace, so the response alone never confirms or rules out who has access. If the address is not an agent on this workspace, no email is sent, and this is the only feedback you get.
  5. Open the email from Essential Support with the subject “Agent sign-in for your workspace name” and click the Sign in button inside it (or copy the link beneath it). It works once and expires shortly, so use it soon after it arrives.
  6. The link opens a page on your workspace’s own address that reads “Sign in to your workspace name — Click below to finish signing in. This link works once.” Click the Sign in button on that page — this second, in-browser click is what actually completes sign-in. Simply opening the emailed link does not sign you in by itself, so that an email scanner or preview service opening the link on your behalf cannot use it up before you do.
  7. You land in the agent console, signed in.
