Why upload a logo
A logo reads as your brand faster than text alone. Once you upload one, it replaces the brand-name text in your portal’s header everywhere — for agents, owners, and the customers you support.
Upload your logo
- Click the gear icon in the top bar to open Settings.
- In the left-hand navigation, click Branding. It opens on its Branding sub-tab by default.
- Find the Logo section. Its helper text reads: “For best results, upload an image 500px wide × 80px high. It renders at 40px tall (up to 250px wide); the maximum aspect ratio is 25:4.”
- Click Upload logo (this button reads Replace logo once you already have one set).
- Choose an image file. Accepted formats: PNG, JPEG, WebP, or GIF.
- Your browser checks the image’s proportions before uploading. The maximum aspect ratio is 25:4 (width : height) — for example, a 500×80px image sits exactly at that limit. The image can be narrower/taller than that ratio, but never wider. An image that’s too wide is rejected immediately with: “That image is too wide — the maximum aspect ratio is 25:4 (e.g. 500×80).” Crop or resize the image and try again.
- On success, “Logo saved.” appears. A live preview shows your logo against your current header color so you can see how it will actually look, and the header logo updates immediately across the app.
Remove your logo
Click Remove next to the logo preview. The header immediately falls back to your brand name text (or your workspace name, if you haven’t set one — see Set your brand name).
Notes and edge cases
- Before you upload a logo, the preview area shows “No logo — your brand name is shown.”
- Only the aspect ratio is enforced — there’s no minimum resolution requirement, but 500×80px is the size the header is designed around, so it will look sharpest.
- If the upload fails for another reason (network error, unreadable file), an error message appears in place of the success message, for example “Could not save the logo.”
