Overview
The workspace owner has two destructive resets under Account settings: Delete content wipes your tickets and team but keeps your account, and Delete account removes everything, including your own sign-in. Both require typing “delete” to confirm and cannot be undone.
Delete all content, keep your account
- Click the gear icon in the top-right corner and choose Account. (Owner only.)
- Under Delete content, click Delete content…
- A “Delete all content?” dialog explains this permanently deletes every ticket and conversation, all customers and teammates, and resets your branding.
- In the field labeled Type delete to confirm, type delete.
- Click Delete content once it becomes enabled.
- The page reloads once the reset finishes, reflecting the wiped workspace.
Kept: your owner account and sign-in, ticket types, agent routing rules, and your AI/connection settings.
Removed: every ticket and message, all customers, every other teammate, and your branding (logo, name, colors), which resets to default.
Delete your entire account and workspace
- Click the gear icon in the top-right corner and choose Account. (Owner only.)
- Under Delete account, click Delete account…
- A “Delete your account?” dialog explains this permanently deletes everything — all tickets, customers, teammates, settings, and your own account — and signs you out.
- In the field labeled Type delete to confirm, type delete.
- Click Delete account once it becomes enabled.
- You’re signed out immediately and returned to a signed-out state — the workspace and its subdomain are gone.
Good to know
- Both actions are permanent and cannot be undone — there’s no trash or recovery window.
- Export your data first if you might need any of it later (see Export your workspace data) — an export made beforehand is unaffected by either reset.
- Only the workspace owner can perform either reset.
